Banyan Bridge is a research terminal for tokenized real-world assets. This page describes exactly what we collect, why, and who else sees it. Last updated 20 September 2026.
What we collect
When you create an account: your name, email address, company, and — if you complete the full registration form — job title, phone number, and postal address. We ask for these to understand who uses the terminal and to contact you about your account.
When you sign in with Google: your email address, name, and Google account identifier, and nothing else. We request only the openid, email and profile scopes. We never receive your Google password, and we have no access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or any other Google service.
When you use the terminal: the funds you save to your watchlist, and — if you use the AI analyst — the questions you type into it.
Security logs: sign-in attempts are recorded with a timestamp, the outcome, and the network address of the request. Email addresses in these logs are stored only as a one-way hash, never in the clear.
What we do not collect
There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no third-party cookies. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it to target advertising anywhere.
Cookies
We set cookies only to keep you signed in. They are HttpOnly, meaning no script on the page can read them, and the session cookie is encrypted so its contents are not readable in your browser. A short-lived cookie also protects the Google sign-in flow against request forgery; it is discarded within ten minutes. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else sees your data
Amazon Web Services hosts the application and database, in the United States. Account credentials are held by Amazon Cognito; we never store your password ourselves.
Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google, and only to authenticate you.
Anthropic processes the questions you send to the AI analyst, in order to answer them. Do not enter confidential information into it.
We use no other processors, and we disclose data to no one else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account exists. Security logs are retained for 14 days. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and watchlist.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely — including revoking Google sign-in access. Email privacy@banyanbridge.consulting and we will action it. You can also remove this application’s access at any time from your Google account’s security settings.
